What if I only need a small feature added?
That fits under the Maintenance & Growth retainer. If it's a one-off and you're not on the retainer, we can quote it separately as a small project.
Do you require full payment upfront?
No. Projects typically start with a deposit to begin work, with the remaining balance due on delivery. We'll agree on the split before starting.
What happens after the project is delivered?
You own the system outright — no lock-in. Ongoing updates, bug fixes, and new features are optional through the monthly Maintenance & Growth retainer.
